Richter Grusd Leases 30,000 Sq Ft Distribution Center for Goodwill

ISELIN, NJ, October 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd, a commercial real estate brokerage firm serving New Jersey, announced a 30,000 square foot long term lease with Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia at 1 North Mall Drive in Ocean Township. This location will act as Goodwill's premier Monmouth county store along with their regional distribution center to service five other locations in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

"Located at the crossroads of Routes 35 and 66 by the Asbury Circle, 1 North Mall Drive is situated on one of the entrance roads to the Seaview Mall," says Doug Richter, Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness. "It's a 70,000 square foot retail building with approximately 40,000 square feet of retail showroom plus 30,000 square feet of warehouse. Retail tenants can keep their inventory under one roof to feed their stores in the region versus leasing a separate warehouse elsewhere."
