Michael Murphy whose film, "What In The World Are They Spraying?", has been instrumental in waking up millions of people around the world to the existence of chemtrails. Though the existence of these spraying programs are blatantly denied, Mr. Murphy set out to prove "these programs are real and happening and they are a threat to human health and ecology".

Kate Valentine impressed with Micheal Murphy's research/data asked "who allows them to do this"? Mr. Murphy stated "it is against human rights, so nobody does, although they are pushing for legislation they are definitely crimes against nature and humanity".

Kate Valentine stated "this is not a small operation" which Mr. Murphy replied "no, absolutely, this is a global operation". Michael Murphy went on to say "there appears to be some political affiliation", though, unsure what it is, urges Geo Engineers to call for global regulation.

Kate Valentine seemingly aghast by the idea of systematic high-altitude releases of chemical substances, not found in ordinary contrails, being sprayed upon the human population and earth asked Michael Murphy "why would anyone would want to do this?" Mr. Murphy's response- "power, having the ability to control the weather yields enormous power, weather warfare". Mr. Murphy went on to say that "Geo Engineering is a well funded science which appears to be a New World Order Agenda", mentioning the involvement of the Rothschilds, Rockefellors, Bill Gates as well as certain factions of the Government.
