Snelling Staffing - The Wyckoff Group is launching a program called "The Snelling Circle." The campaign's goal is to create an association of Snelling Alumni.

EATONTOWN, NJ, May 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Snelling Staffing - The Wyckoff Group (TWG) announced the launch of "The Snelling Circle," a program which reconnects businessmen and businesswomen who got their first position through Snelling. The goal of the campaign is to create an association of "Snelling Alumni" and find out more about the successful business professionals they've become.

"I always hear 'I started my career by working through Snelling & Snelling,' or 'My wife worked an assignment through Snelling Personnel back in the day,'" says Frank Wyckoff, President of Snelling Staffing - TWG. "Throughout its fifty-nine years and two name changes, it's fascinating to find out about the many professionals who were impacted by their experience with Snelling."

Wyckoff himself is an honorary member of The Snelling Circle.

"I love this idea because I got my first job through Snelling and ended up owning a group of offices," says Wyckoff. "There are so many connections in the Snelling world - in fact, one of our clients ended up marrying the temporary worker we placed!"

Interested businesspeople can become a part of The Snelling Circle by joining the association's official LinkedIn Group. Once a member, participants can share their "Snelling Success Stories" and discuss how the job market has changed since their connection with Snelling. Members also have the option of sharing their stories through The Snelling Circle feature on The Wyckoff Group's website, www.snellingnj.com.

Successful attorney Kristi Vaiden, Esquire is one contributor to The Snelling Circle. Vaiden was recently announced as one of New Jersey's Best Fifty Women In Business 2010 by NJBiz where she met fellow recipient, Koleen Singerline, Senior Vice President of Snelling Staffing - TWG. Vaiden had relayed to Singerline that she worked numerous assignments through Snelling to help put herself through Law School. She believed these opportunities were "perfect for gaining the business experiences she was looking for" and "learned the importance of defining expectations and targeting resources to achieve desired goals."
