Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard Welcomes Six New Attorneys to Its Ranks
(Parsippany, NJ Law Firm Hires Associates to Focus on Creditors' Rights & Real Estate)
PARSIPPANY, NJ, May 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- New Jersey law firm Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. has hired six new attorneys to focus on litigation issues including creditors' rights and real estate. The firm's new associates include Christopher Koos, Felicia Ekejiuba, Donna Miller, Maxime Beaulie, Christine Guarneri and Simone Persaud.

Christopher Koos focuses his practice in Civil Litigation. He was admitted in the New Jersey Bar Association in 2008. He received his Bachelor of Arts at Rutgers University in 2004 and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.
Felicia Ekejiuba will be serving within the firm's Creditors' Rights Department and will focus her practice in eviction. She was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2006 and the New York State Bar Association in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., and her law degree from Seton Hall University in Newark, N.J.
Donna Miller will focus her practice on creditors' rights in New Jersey. Miller was hired to uphold the firm's philosophy of the efficient use of available resources to eliminate/reduce delays associated with the lengthy foreclosure process and to be cognizant of the high costs associated with judicial foreclosure, seeking to minimize the daily expenses to its clients. She was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2005 and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia in 2008. Miller graduated from Montclair State University and Rutgers University School of Law in New Jersey.
Maxime Beaulie has joined our New York foreclosure practice in our Creditor's Rights Department. Beaulieu was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2009. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y., and his law degree from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vt.
Christina Guarneri will practice in the firm's Creditor's Rights department. Guarneri was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2009 and the New York State Bar Association the following year. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., and her law degree from Pace University Law School in White Plains, N.Y.
Simone Persaud will focus her practice on real estate foreclosure in New Jersey and represent secured creditors in foreclosure actions. She was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar associations in 2009 after graduating from Rutgers University and Widener University Law School of Wilmington, Del.
