NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome to Present Workshops for Teachers at Colleges Statewide
NJCTS announces April 2010 schedule of workshops at colleges throughout New Jersey

SOMERVLLE, NJ, April 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- NJCTS is offering teachers and other school professionals a comprehensive set of classroom strategies for accommodating children with Tourette Syndrome and associated disorders including ADHD, OCD, learning disabilities, anxiety and rage. The program, Tourette Syndrome: An Educators Workshop will be presented at the following locations:

April 1 Raritan Valley Community College, North Branch
6 p.m.- 9 p.m.

The Workshops will enable educators to recognize students' difficulties, strengths and potential. Interventions and modifications for behavior will also be addressed. Professional Development Credits will be offered for workshop participation. For more information visit www.njcts.org.
